The company is supported by a highly experienced team with strong technical, creative, and market knowledge, developed through continuous involvement in flavour manufacturing and application-based industries.

The foundation of Golden Eagle Flavours is anchored in over 47 years of hands-on industry experience, shaped through extensive professional exposure to quality control, consumer product evaluation, special duty assignments, customer experience, and market research and development. This experience includes a significant nine year tenure with Hindustan Unilever Limited, where multiple aspects of consumer product quality and performance were handled across categories.

With this strong background, Golden Eagle Flavours focuses on manufacturing flavours used in the food, beverage, bakery, confectionery, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries. The company’s approach to flavour development is straightforward—flavours must perform consistently and deliver a dependable taste experience suitable for commercial production.

Ms. Manju Dhingra a commerce graduate, has a background in Sales and Marketing looks after sales, market research and consumer requirement and also liaisons with the factory.

Mr. Manish Bhagnari with a strong technical background, handles production and technical details along with product research and development.

Mrs. Ashwini Thadani, with a strong marketing and sales background, handles business development and assists the company in penetrating new markets.

Exports & Manufacturing Capacity

Exports began in 1995, supported through merchant exporters and trading partners. Golden Eagle Flavours has the capacity to supply up to 2,100 metric tons per year, with packaging options available in 5-litre and 50-litre containers, depending on product and logistical requirements.

The company continues to engage with domestic and international partners interested in long-term business relationships.

Late Mr. M.C. Dhingra

The legacy of Oriental Flavours and Fragrances is deeply rooted in the visionary leadership of its founder, the late Mr. M.C. Dhingra. Born with a passion for chemistry and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Mr. Dhingra embarked on his professional journey after graduating with a First Class MSc from Bombay University.

With an impressive 47 years of comprehensive industry experience, Mr. Dhingra began his career at Hindustan Lever Ltd., where he spent nine formative years honing his skills across various domains, including quality control, customer service, and market research. His multifaceted expertise enabled him to understand the intricate dynamics of consumer products, ultimately paving the way for his entrepreneurial leap into the world of fragrances and flavours.

A true pioneer in his field, Mr. Dhingra’s extensive knowledge and creativity led to significant advancements in flavour development for the food and pharmaceutical industries, as well as in crafting exquisite fragrances for everyday products such as soaps, shampoos, and detergent powders. His innovative approach, combined with a keen insight into market trends and consumer preferences, allowed him to create scents and flavours that resonated with customers and fulfilled their diverse needs.
