The company was founded by late Mr. M C Dhingra (Msc First Class Bombay University) who had an experience of 47 years in industry starting with 9 years work experience at Hindustan Unilever Limited, covering quality control on a range of consumer products, special duty services, customer service, market research and development etc. He also had a background in developing flavours for food and pharmaceutical industry and Fragrances for Soaps, Shampoos and Detergent Powders.
Ms. Manju Dhingra a commerce graduate, has a background in Sales and Marketing looks after sales, market research and consumer requirement and also liaisons with the factory.
Mr. Manish Bhagnari with a strong technical background, handles production and technical details along with product research and development.
Mrs. Ashwini Thadani, with a strong marketing and sales background, handles business development and assists the company in penetrating new markets.
